This small countertop sink, called a Dipper Well Faucet, is the answer to keeping your ice cream scoops and paddles clean and ready for the next use.

Water is fed into the dipper well bowl through the mini faucet that comes with it. Once the water reaches close to filling up the bowl, it is automatically drained through the holes designed for it.    Dipper faucet
The continuous filling and draining keeps the water
fresh and clear. The scoop is dipped into this ice cream scooper cleaning well and left there for a few seconds to rinse off any remaining flavour. Your scoop is ready to be used again without the fear of cross flavour contamination.

Not just ice cream parlours, Dipperwell drain assembly is used widely in coffee shops too. It works great for spoons and stirrers which never seem to be enough, especially during the rush hour. So a dipperwell could be your next best friend in the store.

It is small enough to be mounted on the corner of the wash basin or fit into the countertop cut-out space for it. Keep your workbench clean and clutter free and your tools within reach.

The continuous water flow avoids germ buildup and you may also attach a warm or hot water supply line to the faucet for better rinsing. Dipping the scooper in warm water makes scooping out ice cream easier too.

Lastly, keeping the water stream always on could lead to added costs and wasting a precious resource. You may consider turning off the supply after the peak hours and before closing for the day.
After all, Dipperwell taps are too good to give them a pass! Browse our Dipper wells here.
